Master Planning: We provide master planning services for real estate developers and master developers delivering campus-scale and multi-building projects. Our focus is early-stage site due diligence and infrastructure planning—evaluating electrical, mechanical, and utility systems before significant capital investment is committed. Our services include electrical system studies such as arc flash analysis, short-circuit and protection coordination, as well as broader MEP system assessments.
